To install
----------
You must install 0.99b2 first, and use the server.exe that comes with that to set a path to record demos too.
Goto your TA directory and backup any existing "dplayx.dll" (rename or drag it somewhere else).
Then drop the contents of this archive into your TA directory.


To uninstall
------------
Simply delete "dplayx.dll" & "dplayx.map" in your TA directory and restore the old "dplayx.dll".

* Closed a method of cheating with ShareMapPos and watching players

* Stability - vastly improved stability over previous versions. Better error reporting also aids in achieving this.

* Performance  Contains improvements but look forward to vast improvements in the next few versions. It isnt a myth that TA Demo Recorder causes lag, faster CPUs help negate the problem but it is still there. Next major version should completely remove any lag generated by TA Demo Recorder.

* Memory leaks  no more! Run TA for longer without lag being generated by TADR due to it running out of memory and fragmenting what memory it has.

* Double text bug  gone! This is actually a bug in TA without it handles players dropping. As far as TA knows the player is gone, but DirectPlay remembers.  Double text causes too many messages to be sent to someone, including things like shared resources and damage 

* If more than 1 person does a .take or .takecmd on a dropping player, only 1 person gets the dropping players units instead of everyone doing the .take

* A 1500 unit limit hack. No ini file required! Note: This will overwrite any existing 5000 unit hack, but youll be constrained by TAs path finding before you notice.

* Improved shareLOS code. Now LOS targeting is shared, as well as being able to see enemy unit's stats that your ally can see. Your allies scout air craft can now provide LOS targeting for that battery of Big Berthas just waiting to reach veteran status. ShareLOS now works with the +view cheat. Really see from the perspective of another player. Does not work in replay mode due to a bug in the replay server.

* ShareRadar now works properly again. ShareLOS & ShareRadar are now linked you your allied state. Ally they auto-enable themselves, unally they go away.

* Speed hack. Allows .syncon to really set the lower & upper speed limits. Including such wacky things
as +10 +15. May not work as expected in replays - requires testing

* Allows more than 1 AI per player in multiplayer. They are all named the same currently. Hasnt had much testing.

* Added command ".autopause" - Causes the the game to pause as soon as it has loaded. Either the players do a ".voteready"/".ready" to indicate they are ready or the host unpauses.

* Added command ".voteready" & ".ready" - Unpauses the game once everyone has voted.

* COB 'get' command enhancement for modders.
